BALLET/TAP

This is an introductory class for our 3-5 year olds containing ballet, creative movement, and tap. Young dancers will learn the basic ballet steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Engaging music is used to get these little ones inspired to dance.

ACRO

Students will gradually build the strength, flexibility, control, and endurance needed to execute tricks safely and with exceptional technique. From limbering to tumbling to balancing to trending tricks, our students leave each class feeling confident and eager to learn more!

Contemporary

Built on a classical foundation, contemporary embraces innovation in the industry and empowers artists to find their individual voices. Through choreography, phrasing, guided improvisation, and partnering, students are invited to explore the space as artists.

Modern

Modern encourages dancers to explore movement through grounded techniques and abstract concepts. It often involves contractions, spirals, and floor work, promoting a strong sense of body awareness and emotional expression.

Stretch & Strength

Stretch & Strength is designed to prevent injuries while improving your dancer’s technical foundation through a combination of static/dynamic stretching and full-body strengthening. Students will learn how to use correct muscle groups while achieving a full range of motion to execute movement safely and properly.
